She's going to a counselor for her anger/fear/etc. and to a TMJ specialist for her jaw. She told the latter that she wanted the damage from the bicycle bashing fix and nothing more as that would return her to her previous condition (he wanted to do a full year of treatment!). And that's all the insurance will cover -- she was fine before that.
