One day, about a month or two after my SO left me for another man, I was driving around when it hit me that most of the people I was seeing had been through that same emotion at one time or another. They had all felt that devastating sense of loss and the intense burn of jealousy.

Of course, that didn't make me feel any better but it did forge a bond of brotherhood within my soul.
