The best part was the young fellow I met when I was leaving. He was SO excited about the music and had enjoyed the afternoon so much. His dad had known Jay Smith and I filled him in about Tom and the sessions. He'd pushed a wad of dollar bills into my hand because he couldn't find our (non-existent) tip jar. I suggested he get Tom's CD "A Bottle Full For The Shantyman" which I conveniently had in the car. Got him one. He said those dollar bills were the last of his cash, and I pointed out my address and other contact info was on a card inside. I hope he emails me as well...and I hope he comes back. His enthusiasm is what Tom was trying to encourage in introducing new people to the music.

I'll get a start on posting the crew and the songs probably sometime today. It may take a bit longer as I'm on an iPad; my computer is in the shop.
