We use 7 and 8 at home and recently have a 10 machine to play with. Also increasingly getting used to server 2012. Once you get some basic geography and signposts they really aren't that different.

I now quite like the thing of just typing what you want on the desktop(eg SQL management) and it finds what you want. Very easy.

Most people run things on computers rather than do lots in explorer. Once you know how to launch something what does it matter?

Disliked windows ME and Vista.
