It does not give me an IO, but it does keep me from scrolling to the bottom of the page~~in Netscape Communicator. There are certain html mistakes which can cause this to happen. (I know, I made one of them before) I think it involved leaving one of the quote marks out of a link, but there may be other ways as well. Mistakes like this are fixable, and I am sure someone will be on the job to do it later.
