Go down the seaside and, instead of whingeing about the latest annoyance, just stroll half a mile and find another beach. Even in the height of summer we can stroll for ten minutes away from Bude's two heaving main beaches and find peace, quiet and seclusion. And the stroll will do you good and you'll get so much more of that salt air. Live and let live, eh, Keith?
