We all knew that led light outshines the mercury fluorescent but the economics of the mercury bulb captured the spot light since the mercury cost money for disposal and was therefore virtually free.

Every bit of expensive toxic mercury saved from hazardous disposal and sold to the masses made money coming and going. The same was true with fluoride and other natural poisons.

Even better than led light is the sodium microwave lights that are the closest light to actual spring sunshine.
