All this stuff about "firestick" and "streaming" is greek to me! Have not a clue! Guess I don't need to! TV is a sometime thing; not very important in our lives.

This move will be only what is necessary and desirable. Everything else can stay at the mill until/unless we need/want it. This house is so tiny there is no room for non-essentials.

Went to Art gallery meeting this am but the gift shop is being redone and the paint fumes were a hazard for me so I attended with my scarf over my face and had to ask Tere to find someone else for my volunteer shift tomorrow. I came back to Montreal and took a hot bath to de-tox.

Stopped on the way and bought a pair of work boots for R but he has not yet tried them. Terribly expensive for us as we usually get such things at thrift shops. Boots at $70 (50% off!) ---are beyond belief and yet that is what they were. If we decide he can live without them, I can return them next trip. They are only about $35 on line but that is in the USA and by the time we add shipping and "immigration", they come to about $70! We need to be more pro-active about checking for boots in thrift shops.

R came home early and is in the hot bath - prob asleep! He looked as tho he had come out of a coal mine! I suppose I shall have to waken him so we can get to bed!
