Our contra dance bands plays it with "Heel & Toe Polka" primarily for family or children's dances. The caller has a wonderful circle mixer that goes "heel toe, heel toe, slide slide slide" with some clapping and whatnot. It gets fun to watch as we keep speeding it up. The kids can, of course keep up longer than their parents, and lots of laughing ensues.
