What a day! Got up in time to have BF and get to site at good time, nice man carried most of boxes up the stairs to the hall. As I started to set up, I realized I was missing the basket of "$10 pieces". Then realized missing my little raccoon fanny pack with change and cards in it, THEN realized my nice white table cover was missing???????? Did I leave the car unlocked and someone helped themselves one night? When was the last time I saw them? NOT a clue! After feeling, most of the day, like I had been kicked in the gut, I considered the possibility that I had left them in the community centre in Ontario last Saturday! YEP! When I fianlly got through to Chris at 7 pm ---No problem, they are in the library. They will be there when you get back. ----Life in a small community that cares!!!!! I would have thought someone might have emailed but how they would know I am so flaky I had no idea where I had left a couple hundred dollars of pots!

I had some good visits, sold one pot! bought (I confess) a nightlight with stained glass ladybug - reminds me of when my grandson was four and loved ladybugs; I HAD to have it. Made many trips to look at a necklace of green and purple natural stones; I rarely wear jewelry but this really got to me so I bought it, with Geri encouraging me, with matching earrings just as we were all packing up. So I spent a great deal more than I made and I am OK with that. So there.

Geri helped me pack up and another woman carried about half of boxes down to the car; I was very grateful as knee was giving me hard time - new nuisance. Went to restaurant for tea with Geri; got there and realized I had left boots at hall! Fetched them and settled down for tea and sympathy - feeling old, incompetent, brain dead, weighed down re loss of pots...

Drove back to city, called Chris, then R and Geri to relay good news about "found" pots. Well, that de-cluttered my being of the weight of loss. Necklace looks fabulous with purple sweater. Crazy multi-coloured bracelet, I also purchased, looks great. I guess these things are for my new life in Ontario. I "never" buy jewelry. Also 2 dahlia rhizomes because the man who sells them is so nice..

Lots of creative items using recycled materials today. A stained glass artist is putting glass plates and other objects into her art. I will keep an eye out both in house and at thrift shops for items she can use in a large piece for us. She designs beautifully.

Ready for bed.
