Guest# led you to a helpful page when considering personally owned photos, that that may be very helpful another time. For those covers though, DaveRo has it.

To test it for you, I clicked on one of the cover photos, chose full size, and clicked the download icon. I use Picasa free softare for photos & images in general, so once the file loads it immediately gives me the option to edit with Picassa. At that point I can print it as I please.
