An audio recording of The Great Lead Rush featuring Bullock Smithy has been uploaded to http://www.waterwaysongs.co.uk/Archive_Recordings/Great_Lead_Rush.mp3.

I have had this recording for many years but can no longer remember when it was recorded. As the end of the recording runs into an account of local folk festivals I am tempted to deduce that this is a recording of a radio programme rather than the TV series.

Apparently this featured on a Folkweave programme from Wadebrudge F.F.:

Sadly it is known that the Folkweave masters were junked into skip by BBC Radio Manchester - they were found digitised but then the finder dropped contact. They are gone for good.
