According to the Lambertville country dance society, the dance My Lady of the Lake is danced to "Lavinia's Waltz" by Charlene Thomson. I can't locate a Charlene Thomson who composes music, however.

Even though the music is being played by groups around the country, I wouldn't want to disseminate Charlene's composition without hearing from her. I'll post an Origins thread about the tune.

I did think that it would be all right to send it merely to you, CupofTea, but the Mudcat won't let me sign in! First it says it never heard of me, then when I click 'Join,' it gives me the Login page. Meanwhile, I should be finishing the taxes.
