I just spoke to my sister, who tells me that everything bloomed a month early in Seattle, and that there is only 22% of the typical snowpack in the Cascades this year. Not so bad as California (with 6%) but still pretty bad. Maybe these long slow emergences from winter will help during the rest of the year for some folks.
