If I find some son of a bitch in my house at night, he wont get the chance to shoot me. Too many home invasions in the USA result in senseless murders by drugged out whackos. If I come home and catch him stealing my property..no I would never shoot a person just to hang onto any property. However, I would keep him there while the cops got to the scene.
