The rhythm is kept up where the rests are marked -- at the first place by a grunt through the nose to imitate a pig; at the second, by the word 'Man' spoken very shrilly (apparently to imitate a young pig), followed by a grunt as before, succeeded by the truncated word -- 'an'."
