Hmm, seems I started this thread. Katie is still alive and kicking. She's had a few health issues which is to be expected for one who has seen 95 passes of the seasons. Among them is her movie, The Last Wagon that she made as a documentary about cowboy song legends Gail Gardner and Billy Simon. Gail Gardner tells of writing his song, the Sierry Petes.
