The only resolution for him, I fear, will be when he turns 18 in two years and a month. In the meantime, I will support him as much as I am able without getting either him or the non-custodial parent in hot water with the custodial parent.

In other happier news, my beloved nephew Austin, aka The Bean, will graduating from high school in two weeks and I will be flying down to Kentucky to see it happen. Where did the years go?! Seems like just yesterday he was a toddler...
