The grab bar is up. It took a number of tries to get the holes through the tile to the correct size so the screws could pass through but not put pressure sideways on the tile (screws are supposed to cut into the wood as they pass through, but that had to happen behind the tile). It looks like a grab bar in a tub, not ugly, not attractive. Functional. I think it took longer to assemble all of the bits and pieces to do the job than to actually drill the six holes and put up the bar. I used a silicone sealer on the screw holes to avoid any water problems.
