Finally the rain has cleared and the day is sunny, warm, and fresh. Where to begin? The lawn needs mowing, the gardens need weeding. The bathroom still needs painting and the guest rooms need to be put in order. The back yard grass is knee high, to be tackled in several sessions. The front can probably simply mow, it has been two weeks since I was last able to get out there.

Yesterday I finally realized that some of the puddles on the garage floor are not from the continual rain dripping off of the car. There is transmission fluid dripping. I'm coming up on a year since this transmission was rebuilt, so on Monday I must get it over to the transmission shop while it is still under warranty. This is so annoying.
