For all the "locals" Wroot meets the first Monday of every month including Bank Holidays. We usually go and although it is generally done on the normal folk play/sing around there is a great deal of jamming if folk can agree a key. Owston Ferry Folk also has a lot of jamming and meets on the third Thursday of every month - again by the round but they usually try to drown my singing out! Everyone welcome and we have quite a variety of instruments including pipes, accordians, melodians, fiddle, etc. etc. etc.
