Yesterday in the DC area, a big ole potato truck overturned and spilled out its load of potatoes. Now, this to me begs for a song. I mean, potatoes? We have "Home Grown Tomatoes," "30,000 Pounds of Bananas," and now...potatoes?? And, of course, a former vice president who could not spell "potatoes" (among so many of his other "talents").

Potatoes. Early base for vodka. Potato famine. Potato bread. French fried potatoes. I don't know, there must be other angles. Potatoes are so ubiquitous. If I could write songs, I would write this one. But alas and alack, I cannot.

So...any Catters maybe could write it? Please make the chords not-too-difficult, and I will play it wherever I go. OK, then, havatit!
