Much of the music on PHC falls well outside my personal taste, but the music on the shows Chris Thile hosted this past season was the best I've heard there in a long time. It's exciting to think about some of the artists who may be on the show in the future, attracted because they'd be sharing a stage with Chris Thile. I'm already visualizing a Thile, Bush, Grisman mandolin summit meeting. I only hope PHC's budget can handle the potential traffic.
