"Barr na Sraide" , which is the name of a street in Cahirciveen in Co. Kerry, was written by Sigerson Clifford - who also wrote the "Ballad of the Tinkerman's Daughter", on which there was a thread some time ago. I think some of the place names (all around Cahierciveen) are common to both songs.Regards
