Hello all, I'm searching for an obscure recording that doesn't seem to be available anywhere.
I'd like to hear Annie Mackenzie's (from Boho in County Fermanagh) version of The Frog's Wedding (Froggy Went A Courting) which was released on a cassette called "Here is a health: songs, music and stories of an Ulster community, collected and edited by Seán Corcoran".
Does anybody know where I can find this cassette?
It makes me sad that recordings like this are never reissued on CD and simply dissappear into obscurity after a few years.
I'm also interested in Packie Byrne's version of The Frog's Wedding, which was on EFDSS LP 1009.
This too, is impossible to find anywhere... I don't even need the whole LP, just this one song I'd like to hear...
