Is it just a modem or a modem and a router? Try turning everything off then turning it back on again. And is the line new or was it already in the house? As you do work there, the dsl or cable or whatever source may have been dislodged. It may take tracing it, and if you're going to that trouble, just put in some new coaxial or cat-6 line from the company connector to the modem.

I have my patio shower up and running. What is it about the fresh air that makes the shower feel so much better? It's just tap water, so I wait till it's running pretty warm before it's shower season. Didn't do much else today because of the daytime heat.
