I also am newly awash in Barton/Para land. Funny that the path to them this time started with one song by another songwriter and different singer on Austin City limits... as I followed my instinct towards a fresh infusion of pure goodness I thought I'd find my next used (cheap) ear candy in that singer or that songwriter's sound samples.... but nothing was IT. My inner child spoke right up in mid-sampling: "Silly! WE want Cathy and Dave!!!"

That led me through a golden ring eventually.... I'd missed out on them til long after Sandy and Caroline had passed. I missed Dave vanRonk that way too but by golly I'm catching up at last.
