There is an amazing thrift store in Green Valley, AZ, called the White Elephant, run by volunteers, non-profit. They donate millions every year to excellent causes. They're only open from 9am till noon Monday through Saturday, but everything there is in excellent condition and reasonably priced. I get clothes there every time I'm in town. As my friend who volunteers there says, they're clothes from dead rich people.

Cucumbers are coming up, just in time to share a few with neighbors who fear the Listeria imported variety. I want to make some fresh pickles soon, and I use small cukes for those, but I'll let a few grow larger to share.
