Calling all Canadians.........do any of you know anything about this? Is there more than one? A friend of mine told me today his dad (US Citizen) won $12 million in the Canadian lottery......(don't know if the $$ are Can or US) He also said his Dad doesn't have to pay US taxes on it because he paid Canadian taxes.......(I'm just curious, here.......)
