A basic boundary issue faced by clergy spouses is that we are always assumed to be understanding of others' needs above our own. In ministry, that is appropriate. In business, it's not. Sometimes a healthy boundary has to be communicated directly when it's obviously been missed. Sometimes venting outside of the situation helps one to then communicate it gently.

Very congenial cleaning today, and more planned for tmrw. This will complete the prepaid commitment. More agreed when I return. Everyone delighted.
