Adult protective services should be able to steer your healthy family members to lawyers and/or advocates known for successfully representing elders in situations such as your Momma has been in. She also needs security protection from those drug-addled family members who have already proven themselves to be dangerous. I am so very sorry this is happened. She's not the first to be so badly treated, and she's fortunate family has been able to take action to the extent they have.
