The easiest way to adjust the center if gravity of the chair is to sling a couple of gallons of water under it on a rope, at the forward point where the weight is needed. A heavily loaded purse will do in a pinch. (THEN lean forward.)

Another poss fix is adding the Harbor Freight folding ramp to decrease angle, under $150.
