Jim, I don't know if you are using a PC or a Mac to make your mp3's and upload them, but I use SoundJam software on a Mac, and it works fine. Like Bill said, you have to be creating a file that fits their requirements. SoundJam is also set by default to make the right kind of file for mp3.com. Let us know when you have your page online.
