As a Scot, I have to agree with MikeL2 - yes, we were deprived of a semi-final place, but also yes, sadly have to agree, we'd probably not have got beyond that.
As for entering a British Lions team: we went all the way to New Zealand in 2005 to watch our BL team being slaughtered, so forget that, PLEASE!
But do watch out for Scotland in the next Six Nations! Wooden spoons nae mair!
