Mudcatter Richie (Richard Matteson, Jr.,) compiled a book titled Bluegrass Picker's Tune Book, published by Mel Bay in 2006. I thought he had a more recent book, but I couldn't find it. The title says "Bluegrass," but most of the songs also fit into the Old Time genre. It has basic melody notation, chords, and lyrics.
