WHERE is everybody???

Poured rain all day do the insulation did not get finished but a cabinet went up in the Bathroom and is full of towels! I found a piece of wood for the floor of a cupboard - to keep critters out - and it is getting full of sheets and clothes, and the table covers for potter booth.

The utility room is less leaky but still needs some work, a small heater is in wall but R will have to connect it to electric. An uninsulated piece of wall in the BR has been seriously insulated and will get closed next workday. Blair and Tammy have a list for next workday; they gave up ealy today due to rain. My wallet is seriously de-cluttered but piles of stuff that had been awaiting homes are also diminished.

Home just feels better and better. Thought arising today: how good it feels to not have a lot of extraneous stuff. MUST keep it this way. It is much too small to endure cluttered.

R and friend Dan leave tomorrow for Montana!!! Very exciting for him to be going on a geology assignment albeit, unpaid except expenses; 30 years since he has done work in his chosen field and it is doing him a world of good. Maybe it will increase the will to de-clutter other aspects of his life, and mine.

This also means I can stay here without feeling I am neglecting him!! Now, I need the energy to get some pots made for next week's two-day show.
