From what I see, he's saying that what he regards as the cyclical nature of climate change is what nature determines and it will go on forever until the death of the solar system, no matter we do. Unfortunately, and weasel words not intended, as far as I can glean not one of the finest climate scientists on earth agrees with that. Of course, John may know better.
