My gardening friend considers leaves "GOLD!" We have none. Thie wet, warm weather - we are going to need hip waders to cross the "lawn" the water table is so high! Will go a bit below freezing tonight. Need to phone about the stone for drive which has not yet been delivered; I wanted it for the mud!

Stopped at mail box on way out. My new distiller arrived! I had to go to a postal sub station in a drug store - TOXIC! Maybe that's why I have been coughing more. I am leaving it packed so it is easy to transport next time I go to Montreal since the other one is working fine - on a functional outlet!

PIcked up a beautiful winter jacket, with zip out lining!, for R at thrift warehouse and five pieces of clothing for myself at the 50 cent sale at "Choices". I do prefer spending my money at the ones I know are funding local health care.

Then I read and computered the rest of the day, finishing another page-turner.
