And just for the record: I'm a great fan of the Scillies, and have had three lovely holidays there. What I was cautioning against was the idea that it was worth attempting a quick detour there, on a short break starting out from Exeter, in February. It's a place worth savouring for a good few days at least, and ideally in summer.
