Gifts wrapped, the kitchen clean, put away stuff that had been on the big dining room table (a great flat surface for sewing and crafts). Our actual holiday is delayed a couple of days until the entire family can be here, but there will be small skirmishes with party foods and consumable gifts tomorrow.
