Anyone in the area or anyone who ever visited may be interested to know that Martin (and Bob I think) have arranged a 25th aniversary do for the Star Folk Club, Back Hope Street, Salford, Lancs, England. The date being Weds 24 Jan 2001I know it closed some years ago but for a club that had it's Christmas parties in June, a beach party in December and convince us that it was Wednesday, regardless of the day of the week, a silver jubilee for a closed folk club should not present too much of a problem!
Swinton residents will be there and hopefuly many others. See you there. If we can remember how to find it....
