I entered this thread thinking I'd be finding the lyrics to a song that might offer comfort and greater understanding...

My favourite pub actually did burn down a few years ago..

it was a great music venue and centre for a musicians community...

my life has been empty, despairing, and inconsolable ever since
and I have yet to find the strength to leave the house and venture outside again..... 😭
