You can delete your search history, but if you are like me and find yourself going back to hunt for something you saw three weeks ago, it is helpful that it is still around. I not only don't delete my history, I sync my devices so any time I open Chrome at work or home the same information is in each browser, and it's in my phone. They bought my loyalty and tolerance by being incredibly useful.

Firefox also lets you sync it so any computer where you log onto your Firefox browser all of the information appears. Maybe that one won't be quite as intimidating?
