So I wondered if there are traditional songs about it. (Maybe to the tune of "Click Go The Shears").

In the Muslim world it's a nice earning opportunity for dance bands, since the boy is usually paraded through the streets on the way to the operation to the same sort of accompaniment used for weddings. (Funny how there's not much of a party after). But I can't think of any music used for the Jewish or Christian versions.
