Dorothy, you're using the thermostatic plugs? They are a great way to keep unattended areas from freezing and not running an expensive space heater all of the time. I have one going in the greenhouse right now. For those who aren't aware, you can buy these cube-type plugs that you plug your heater into and if the temperature gets to 39o it lets the current flow to the heater and turns off when the area reaches 50o. They're meant for well houses, barns, greenhouses, etc.

I'm finishing up a barter arrangement this week, doing some video work in exchange for dance lessons. And I've been researching the possibilities of writing a few freelance articles, but for work. The topics are to do with work currently going on and new developments in the building. We would queue up with other freelancers to sell the idea, but may have a boost up by being members of these professional organizations. The key word is "writing." Something I want to get back to.

Time to start planting the garden, and I think I'll rent a tiller this year. Last summer we had so much rain that it made the soil very compacted. I need to loosen it up, and in places where I chose not to plant last summer, give it a good working over.
