He did it at the Cambridge Folk Festival a couple of years back - I missed it (I planned my holiday badly that year :-) but saw it on the TV later.

The last line of the verse was "You'd better treat me right or I just might die". Lines like "Might be a heart attack, or maybe an OD. Might be an 18-wheeler coming down on me" or something like that. Quite sick, but very funny anyway. I'd be interested to see the lyrics - can you post them here if you do find them, please?
