Morrigan will be hosting a monthly international song and dance ceilidh / folk club beginning in April - last Friday of the month at Mycenae House, near Blackheath, London.

The events are being held in partnership with
GFMA and the idea is to have a mix of cultures. Each month one band/artist/dance troupe will have a special extended slot. The rest of the evening will be a dance then performance slot on an alternating basis. The core band for the dances will be Morrigan and some guest musicians and amplified but anyone else who wishes to play along with the music (unamplified) will be very welcome. The idea is to provide an evening of entertainment for all.

Artists can apply for floor spots either through the Morrigan email on the website or via info@globalfusionarts.co.uk

There is a subsidised bar and food will also be on sale in the canteen next door. Lovely venue with a nice big wooden floor for dancing and good acoustics.

April to July events are going to be a trial and if all goes well then this will become a regular club. Please tell your friends and spread the word.
