Snuffy, many of us have two separate opportunities to read the headings. Lots of us have discovered the "New Messages Since Your Last Visit" in the Quick Links. In that listing the headers, rather than the thread title, show up. Of course, whether we get here through the NMSYLV or by way of the Main Forum Page, we still get to the same place. I don't know about everyone else, but I usually see the headers.
