Sometimes the wastebasket on board in the van has been a beautiful thing, and has discreetly watered a tree by the driveway that hosted me overnight. But never more beautiful than the night we were stuck on a mountaintop road closed for 3 hours of blizzard. The trucker's discreetly provided JUST enough light for a quick and accurate drop-trouble in swirling snowflakes-- which made drinking the water also on board not a scary prospect!
