I learned it like this:

I've got..... two quart cans of greasy grimy gopher guts
Mutilated monkey meat, little tiny birdie feet
French fried eyeballs swimmin' in a pool of blood
and I forgot my spoon! But I got my strawwwww!

(and that was the end).

My best friend might have been the one that mutilated it.... or is there an origin of that variation that anyone else is aware of?
